Are you out of your mind? I'm watching It Follows as a type this and her body is perfect. If she were any slimmer she wouldn't look healthy. Body image issues are most DEFINITELY influenced by these kinds of shallow and idiotic comments.

But just to discount your incredibly stupid argument: talk to Kate Winslet, Scarlett Johansson, Michelle Williams, Elizabeth Olsen, as well as many others about how their waistlines failed to get them roles. Or Jennifer Lawrence for that matter. Your argument is worthless.
And by the way, the women I listed look amazing specifically BECAUSE they look healthy, and not like skeletons.
