She didn't have children, but she did/does hab68ve nieces & nephews via her half-sister & half-brother. But no, Maika is not related to Marilyn Monroe, none of Marilyn's family has gone into the film industry so far. She had a miserable enough experience as it was, I don't think any of her relatives are going to rush to pursue the same path lol.

Even if her birth name was Maika Monroe, she could not be Marilyn's daughter because if she was her daughter, Maika would be a lot older today.
