The way I see this entire issues is like thisβ¦
What you failed to understand that a successful career in a person's natural ability which is a direct result of their Autism, doesn't mean everything else about their brain IS NORMAL like the ability to exercise their reproductive rights or even make those decisions based upon their sexual urges.
