My weight fluctuates from 240-270, which is a huge difference, but it happens. anyway, no one thinks i weigh even 200lbs. which is weird to ME, but I guess it's all how you carry yourself. you know? you're totally right.
Also, I am overweight because I have health issues that have MADE ME THAT WAY. So, here's another person saying its not ALWAYS about how a person eats/exercises and such. It's important to remember that there are a lot of people that are affected by polycystic ovary syndrome and thyroid issues. Just like a lot of people with health issues such as cystic fibrosis may look like they don't eat at all. Things just happen. -

Weight and health are not synonymous. They are two different things. There are certain sizes where you can be deemed unhealthy. 250 is not it. Health is more about good habits. A 250 lb person who exercises 3 times a week and eats within their means, avoiding empty calories is healthy. A skinny person who is not physically fit and eats pizza and nachos half the week, but doesn't gain weight is unhealthy.

"Your body doesn't need 250lbs to pump blood through."
Agreed, and no one is debating that.
"there are a lot of ways to lose weight that you probably haven't looked into."
There are indeed a lot of ways to lose weight, and most people who are overweight and want to shed the pounds have probably seen them all and tried most of them. The ONLY way to lose weight healthily and properly is to do what Ashley is doing in the first place: eating well and exercising. -

and i'm not obese i failed to mention earlier, that while I am 5'4" and 250 pounds, i carry it very well, and everyone I have told my weight to has said that I don't look a pound over 170. It's because I'm built that way. Anyway that's all I had to say about that.
