I saw this picture after clicking the premiere and parties, link, and saw this picture of Armie Hammer with his arm in a sling. Did he break his arm while filming a current project or did it happen off-set?

No. He didn't break it, he tore a pectoral muscle in the upper arm. there's pictures on his instagram, he had to have surgery hence the sling. I think he was lifting weights or something
