Mark Schwahn said she was going to be on season 7 of One Tree Hill in this video:
Any info of who she is playing or anything?

Yes. Kate will be playing Renee, the groupie who will confront Nathan about their supposed past encounters. It's unclear how many episodes she will be in, but she is definitely in the first three episodes and the 7th.
We were an extra for one of her scenes.

didn't she play the hooker that Derek beat up in season 3 or 4?? and also wasn't she the one that worked in the sporting good store that Dan picked up in season 5? she looks very familar!!
