Right now all I see is a ok looking guy. Maybe when he is around 30 his looks will make him hot. Men do get more handsome with age. Not all do but maybe he will.

Hot? I think the most apt way to describe a face like his is "cheeky wee rascal". He has cheeks that an old lady would grab or pinch, that's not a feature of traditional hotness. The world has gone mad and all sorts of abstract face types are becoming attractive, CERN must be behind it somehow with one of their infernal machines!
