Not a jerk. You just have to realize that the show is a comedic one and the people they have on tend to be good sports. If you're referring to the way that he treats Bill Schulz then while I agree that he goes a little overboard to diss on Bill it is still hilarious and it appears that Bill can take it well.
This show is funny and Gutfeld, in my opinion, probably isn't a jerk in real life. In fact aside from making fun of Bill he really just comes off as a funny guy who doesn't really offend anyone too seriously.
I'm curious as to why you thin he's a jerk. -
