Leave it to a female to link someone's plastic surgery. Doesn't matter, she's hot now. Comparing a 17 year old to sommeone that is now 24 seems legit.
most of that looks like a lot of weight loss. It'd surprise you just how much a face can change when a lot of fat is lost in the face.
The only thing thats concrete would be a nose job. -maybe- jaw implants.
But regardless, this is a case where plastic surgery paid off big time. It's the end results that matter.
