Not everyone feels the need to work all the time. Also just because she doesn't have a show or movie in the works, doesn't mean she isn't working. She could just be making music at the moment. A lot of actors take breaks after big projects.

Selena doesn't write her own music, of course she has time to rush into things.
Ariana is doing great, she's still with Nick and so is Jeanette, maybe Liz wants branch out.
Not all actors have the same work ethic. -

See the holes in the ground? That's where you moved the goal posts. You asked who would rush into something else so soon and got an answer. Avan Jogia falls into the "rush" as well.

I guess she doing the Broadway thing for awhile playing Rose Mcgowan character starting in September.

Don't count out Miss Gillies just yet,she's turning 20 shortly,or already has..Hope she does well to dodge those "stereotype rolls" playing a teen,or the "goth type" as she was portrayed as in "Victorious".
Ariana Grande had a back-up career,and so will Elizabeth Gillies".
Have you ever seen the two of them do "chestnuts" on youtube? wow that song was custom made for their two voices.I can see the two of them going beyond "Victorious" give them time.
