She turns 21 in a month. You don't have to be 21 to be considered an Adult only to drink alcohol. In most states you are an adult at age 18,16 or 17 in some states

Also equating adulthood let alone maturity with drinking in anyway is stupid considering it is naturally a irresponsible decision for most people. Same with physical age, I know 15 year Olds in my family more mature than family members in their late 30's

She was living with him for a while and then referred to him as her boyfriend (once) on Valentines Day. She moved out or something, nobody's sure if they're still together or not (and I guess it's not our business haha)
