How do you figure? He's using it to express lust. And he's certainly using it frivolously.
So what exactly is forbidden by the third commandment? The word vain (as it’s rendered in the ESV) can mean “empty,” “nothing,” “worthless,” or “to no good purpose.” We are forbidden, therefore, from taking the name of God (or taking up the name or bearing the name, as the phrase could be translated) in a manner that is wicked, worthless, or for wrong purposes. This doesn’t mean that we have to avoid the divine name altogether. The name YHWH (or Yahweh)—“the Lord,” in most translations—appears some seven thousand times in the Old Testament. We don’t need to be superstitious about saying his name. But we must not misuse it.

I've heard all those songs before. Hailee Steinfeld has the perfect image amd role model for young adult women. It's demure, docile and sensual, yet strong and more independent.
Her image is so much more positive that the singers of my generation and of the generation that came directly after mine. All we had were either dumb girls growing up to be hypersexual women or just misogyny overall. You find this particularly within the black music industry. It always felt somewhat un-natural to me, but there was very little that I could do to change that. I still celebrate it even if that music really wasn't a positive influence or ideal role models at all. It's just nostalgia in me.
