I will never agree.
It was murder done by an overzealous trigger happy kid who had no training in firearms and who had someone else buy the gun for him who went there itching and looking for a fight.
He brought the gun for protection
Rosenbaum chased him down because Kyle put out a dumpster fire that he was pushing to a gas station. Should Kyle have let this psycho take his gun?
He was heading to turn himself in when a wife beater struck him with a skateboard and again, Kyle defended himself
Kyle never harmed anyone who didn't go after him first

I already showed most of my counter arguments and do not care to retype them again.
Out of all the private citizens that were there with guns he was the only one who used his which shows how he encouraged violent confrontations so he could use it.
Plus he had no business being there.
