Nope, it's Kylie's hand. Kylie always has those claw nails. Kendall doesn't. That's also why the person filming says "Kylieomg".

actually it's not. if you look really closely you'll see that when you see Kylie's arm right by her jeans when her hand is in Kendall's jeans Kendall's arm is shown in a different place.
