Like with Christina she's stuck in a cycle of self-hate she'll never get out of. They both need help to know how to accept and appreciate themselves but they won't ever get it mainly because of how so many people online get off on enabling and trolling them. If more people told them to get help they would get better.

The whole site has told them both to get help and Christina has. The whole world could tell Miley to get help and it'd go in one ear and out the other. She'd still order a pizza then cry she's fat the next morning. Absolutely pointless. At least with Christina she makes a ****ing effort! If you don't nip Miley's behavior in the bud now she'll be 10x worse than Christina when she's older and that WILL be a sad sight to see.
