Apparently she went out, got drunk and returned home. Innocuous enough.
But the paparazzi were doing upskirts and asking "Adults questions" of her which was apparently just not the done thing.
I kind of agree that an 18th birthday should be a celebration and not mired by obvious sexual tropes (Leave that until the next day) but she is an insufferable munt and it got turned into something eve worse with all the handbags at dawn brigade talking about male toxicity and all that jazz
