I no longer have TCM. Comcast moved it to a pay sports package that I don't want.
However, I have the Criterion dvd. I've seen it so many times, I can watch it in Italian without subtitles and know exactly what they are saying.
I'm thinking of getting
Nights of Cabiria
(a companion piece to
La Strada
), but I've been putting it off because the final scene is so devastating, I'm not sure I can get through it again.
