Ignorant comment. While I agree Hollywood have typified the blonde bombshell as the pinnacle of beauty, it's now being counteracted by reverse racism (which technically doesn't exist because as we all know, only white people can be racist).
Margot is considered beautiful by a large percentage of the general population. Some of those who think she is beautiful are not even white (gasp). So why should we have to feel guilty for feeling this way? Just because she isn't black, asian, native american etc.? We don't need to swing the pendulum all the way to the other side where we are excluding white people just because they don't fit an accepted stereotype.

This comment encapsulates exactly how I feel regarding the whole race for political correctness. Beautiful summation of a complex issue.

That said, Margot's acting stands out for me personally above her looks. She does have classic good looks according to Western standards, but her same features could certainly present with dark hair, skin and eyes and still be just as radiant. -

Really?
First, look at her. She is gorgeous. Really, really gorgeous.
Next, she is a damn movie star. Huge screen presence. She would have been a star at any time in Hollywood history. You could plug her into any old movie, and it would work.
