Everyone is different.
There is no such thing as an "ugly person" unless their features are extremely off.
However, everyone has their own tastes and whatnot.
If Italians had a nice culture and were super sweet people, I would probably associate the big nose weak jaw with happiness. So, tastes in looks are associated with experiences a lot.
