Hopefully, the script writers will involve her in the second series, if she no longer features in the remaining books.
Would like to see her play a more feisty role if they do keep her. Very pretty lady too, which helps. -

I think she was well cast in LK. I haven't read the books but is the character is not in further books I dont see why she would be.
Can this really be the end..to be stuck inside of mobile
with the Memphis blues again. -

I really liked Amy Wren in The Last Kingdom, so much so that I was really annoyed when Uhtred basically cast her aside for that stupid "queen" of that crappy little kingdom he sacked late in the season.
It made no sense, either.
Uhtred was so excited about being a father, so in love with his wife that he singlehandedly torched a Danish fleet and slew Ubba in single combat, then left ASAP without taking the credit, just so he could get back to them.
That was followed by scenes showing him utterly in love with Mildrith, and the two of them cradling their child, laughing, making plans for the future, etcand then Uhtred threw his temper tantrum at court, got punished for it, and decided he didn't want his wife and son anymore.
Uhwhat?
Plus, Mildrith's character got a raw dealnot only with Uhtred, not only with her son dying, but also with her father and her estate, and finally ending up as a nun.
So yeahI hope we see her again, and that her character's arc isn't finished.
