I always wonder what's inside people that drives them to come on a world wide public medium to say things like this. Sadness? Loneliness? Insecurity? An inferiority complex?It's certainly not happiness and self assurance, is it?
It's fine to think things, we all think things, but when you start spewing them out into the world (particularly from gutless anonymity) without one single concern about anyone but yourself, that says a lot more about
you
than the subject of your undeserved derision.
Before ridiculous internet forum logic kicks in, I'm not a Maisie fan. She does a fine job in GOT and she is by no means 'busted', but otherwise I can take her or leave her.
Please don't lower yourself by saying anything trite like 'she's in the public eye' or 'if she's secure she can take it', my point here is about you and your ilk, not her.

So what. Who cares what you think, or I for that matter about her looks. She's a bloody brilliantly actor.
And don't worry, she probably wouldn't find you handsome anyway. Better look elsewhere for a girlfriend. -

I don't know why people get so defensive about famous people they are never likely to meet or be personally involved with. People saying mean things about celebrities is hardly a new concept and it goes with the territory of being in the public eye. The OP is entitled to his opinion, you don't have to agree with him.
I also think it's interesting how female celebrities always have their looks criticized, as if to suggest that's the most important aspect of being an actress. Male actors on the other hand don't have that problem as much, they can be respected as actors without being good looking.
I personally don't agree that she is unattractive, I think she has an odd face with massive eyebrows, however to me that makes her unique and gives her an edge. She doesn't blend in with all the other Hollywood plastic and that sets her aside.
I do however, think she acts like a brat in interviews and comes across as self important. I don't particularly like or hate her and I don't know her personally so I could easily be wrong. That's just my limited impression of her from interviews and comments she makes. -

I appreciate that you gave your opinion in an intelligent way, and without intentional insult. We all have our opinions as to what we find attractive and the opinions of those who believe she is are no more valid than yours.
I'm sorry to hear you don't think she is pretty, but 2000happy to know you can be mature about it online. -

I don't find her particularly attractive. I don't think she's ugly or "weird looking" either, though. She has a somewhat unusual face that some people might find more or less attractive than others. I don't know what she's like in person, but if I were still in her age range (which I'm not) and she was cool, and I had a chance to date her, I probably would.
