The latest JB nudes (his completion w Orlando Bloom) seem to indicate he's circumcised.

Blooms was clearly bigger (at least in the flaccid state), and I actually describe him as slightly above average. Bieber's wasn't really that impressive to be honest, not small but very average.

I remember it being a big thing with girls back when john was 10. I felt bad for him. I think he's circumcised. God that girl was so big and loud and she would always scream at him about it everytime he thought of her vagina which was loud as beep. Jesus christ. I still think thats the reason he got to be famous and gets his way now. All because that was wrong. If you reallly think about it everyone hated that little girl
