He is terrible, and definitely cracks some stupid jokes that offend entire cultures (e.g. Colin Quinn ep he cock slapped the name Kim, spitting on asian culture).
What annoys me the most is he ALWAYS has this rhythm; pinches a laugh for only 3-4 seconds after making a dry joke then turns on the dimples and starts giggling at himself and own jokes (after realizing the crowd is unresponsive), to rouse the c111crowd and start the laughs.
