What's more important than the shape of her nose is her acting talent, which is considerable. She is very good on Downton Abbey. And she may not want a nose job. She may accept herself the way she is. Has the OP thought of that?

I have yet to see a person with a nose job that doesn't look like they've had a nose job.
I personally like her nose, she looks beautiful and it gives her character. The hair styles that they give her on Downton Abby just don't flatter her face and make her nose look larger.
Would you tell Barbara Streisand to get a nose job? Jon Bernthal? Uma Therman? Lea Michelle? Patrick Dempsey? Idina Menzel? -

What a shallow and fickle thing to say. I understand that she is in the entertainment business, and many will say she should expect such comments, but what does it say about society that those comments should be expected at all? I think she is gorgeous. It would behoove you to try to find the beauty in all things and people. It gets rather tiresome carrying on in such a way.

Wow, what a fucing asshle..
Her nose looks great to her face!
If she did some plastic surgery on it, it wouldn't suit her face! Why should EVERYONE in Hollywood look the same? Let some women and men have some natural beauty, and not some plastic fuc*ing face that looks awful! And yes, they all do.. And yes, I know that like 99.9% of everyone in Hollywood have done something to their face/body.
Laura is so freaking beautiful just as she is! -

I find her drop-dead gorgeous, and in a very striking, memorable way.
You're under no obligation to find her attractive, or even to look at her, and I'd bet she gives exactly zero fks whether her nose offends your senses.
But don't you think it'd be incredibly boring if most actors had the same nose or the same "conventional" features?
And since it bothers you so much, google Jennifer Grey's nose job she credits it with ruining her career.
