I guess he meant that there has been 3 Hulks in fairly short time
Eric Bana, Edward Norton, Mark Ruffalo But yeah Hulk didn't get a movie of his own in the Avengers universe.
I personally don't mind reboots at all - it's interesting to see how different people handle the stories. -

Yeah he did. The Edward Norton flick was intended to be a part of MCU (see post credit scene as well as return of Thunderbolt in CW), that's the recasting kinda beep it all up.
Nothing against Ruffalo, but that's the kinda confusing that ruins the illusion. -

Asa was always my top choice, even before they announced he was a contender. Tom Holland does look the part, I also have seen nothing of his acting resume (aside from Arrietty but that was VA). Perhaps Asa will be the new Harry Osborn, Asa Butterfield is to good to be left out of the MCU.
I will not fear, fear is the mind killer -

I dont know the kid. Maybe he makes a great spiderman but looks like in the comics doesn't matter at all.
We already have a black Nick Fury, blade, human torch, kingpin. So it doesn't really matter he has brown eyes.
So far I like Andrew best for playing Spiderman, despite his age. -

Holland looks like Peter
Only in that they are both young white males. Other than that, not so much. Maybe you need glasses? Or to get your scrip rechecked?
WORDS MEAN THINGS! Also, before you come to bitch about a plot hole, rewatch the show/movie. -

It's not like Tobey McGuire and Andrew Garfield look identical. They look very different. And along with Tom Holland they are all white guys, who are not Gingers or Blondes and they all look 3-5 years younger than their true age. There is NO REASON to say Tom Holland doesn't look enough like Peter Parker for a movie.

It also stars Naomi Watts, Ewan McGregor, and probably a few others I'm forgetting (but mostly unknowns, otherwise). It's about the 2004 Tsunami in Asia (Boxing Day/December 26th) and its immediate aftermath. It's arguably the best of the films made about the subject so far (there was a 2-part HBO made-for-TV movie as well with some good performances, but it didn't grab emotionally the way The Impossible did).
This kid was the star more than the well-known adults, he held it all together. He'll be excellent as Peter Parker, unless the script absolutely blows. -

He was always the best option among the contenders.
The best actor by far.
The one who looked like Peter Parker the most.
And he's also a fantastic dancer which means he'll be able to pull off most of Spidey's stunts.
So, all in all, I'm pretty happy about this choice.
