Charged with assaulting a 17 year old??

Does anyone know what happened with regards to her arrest for allegedly assaulting a 17 year old female. Apparently she had invited the girl over to her house threw a serious of text messages and the assault took place in Dascha's home. The incident took place in the summer but she wasn't brought up on charges until winter.
