Lucas is kind of an idiot. Andor is stupid political, so Lucas' politics - which are nothing more than anti-authority paranoia - pop up every so often.
He calls the Rebels the Vietcong. The
Vientcong
. South Vietnam doesn't exist anymore the North (Vietcong)

them. He's not smart.
