I know my parents boasted what they ate when my mom was pregnant with me in her uterus/belly/womb. All I remember was Uno's Pizza. They did travel to my dad's mom's house Up North but lived in Florida, Southeastern Florida…
When I was a baby, my parents said they fed me what they ate, like peas which I supposedly used to like but not later.
My mom didn't feed me finest chocolates but not a feast. I had little pretzels, raisins, animal crackers, throughout the day traveling, when I was very little. I don't remember supper well except for plain chicken, with ketchup and later I remember sitting alone to finish my corn. I had popcorn with probably a lot of salt and chocolate milk my dad made with sometimes LOTS of chocolate which tasted great. For lunch, my mom and I split a package of Ramen Noodles and each had a hot dog with just ketchup and the bun. I think my mom was probably a little surprised we didn't have much money to eat. I also remember Wheat Thins and granola bars with chocolate chips or maybe chocolate covered. I had lots of orange juice for breakfast, so much the dentist said to stop having it awhile since it turned my teeth yellow. It was actually just regular orange juice from the grocery store!
When my younger brother was a kid, we had regular food, like a meat, a few cooked vegetables, the fresh vegetables we had but not much, mashed potatos more often even with gravy more earlier on, sometimes cornbread, sometimes Italian bread especially with spaghetti and meatballs, etc. We had a hamburger every week, as well… We had pizza maybe as takeout at home at least once every two weeks it seemed, Pizza Hut and later Domino's. It was probably usually delivered. We at Chinese food more often than most people. We went every Sunday when we left Florida.
When we left Florida, my mom seemed to almost always make us stir fry without enough meat and I didn't like the peppers and there wasn't much else. At least, I made pasta in a box when I got home from school etc.
I became a health nut who ate a lot. I was a health nut age 15, 16, 17, 18, and 19. I had problems doing it after that, partly due to money and coming home from college.
So, what do you think? What about you? What do you like to do, now?

I'm actually struggling to find out what the rest of civilization consumes at home regularly. Some even fast in the restaurant regarding the regular food or having dessert there.
Everyone I come in contact with sounds worse. What could it be? Canned things. Chicken soup. I know about the stories of the boys who had macaroni and cheese. I guess Up North we all wonder who had stacks of pancakes served with luscious syrup? Where does it go from there? Why is it only about secret recipes? The internet is bad as everyone had disgusting taste contests as kids etc. and their mothers said they were bad with food or like they had a choice. Then, we know about too many cookies often.

Yes I have actually. I have been eating for quite some time now. Though I do take long breaks every day from eating and I also do not eat while I sleep.
