It has not aged well. To be honest, it's been a couple of months and I have still not been able to finish it yet. It was revolutionary in regard of concept and effects, but the movie itself is starting to look more and more like a B-movie in my opinion.

This. The first one is very overrated. I actually prefer the prequels over it. Prequels aren't as bad as people insist they are.
All of that Star Wars **** is silly. New Hope is kinda dull compared to the rest. The lightsaber fight especially sucks. Just 2 old men tapping their sticks together. -

How old are you when you first watch this film? And were you born from mid 90s onwards?
I ask as this film is not as good if you do not grow up with film, and instead grow up watching more modern films like prequels and dark knights and marvel etc
