Mitch has blocked every single one of Trump's nominations in confirmation.
If I recall correctly, the republicans did a fair job of getting through Obama's and Biden's nominations for their cabinet administration without all of these obscure and irrelevant challenges. They've been asking ridiculous questions that have nothing to do with how they will handle the job at hand and more about their fee-fees on certain things, especially January 6th and the last election. Time to move on and move forward.
Honestly, it reminds me of Ruth Bader Ginsberg when she was so confused that one time (like that narrows it down) and she didn't know what was going on and an aide came to her and rather loudly just told her, "just vote yes!" And she did! She couldn't speak very well as it was really towards the end of her life (or "lives" as I think she had a few and died a couple of times along the way).

I knew that Hegseth, Tulsi, Kash and Kennedy were going to be the toughest to get through, but we're halfway there. I really think people are misunderstanding Kennedy, especially thanks to, who was it, his sister who wrote that letter? His children are vaccinated, and he's not against it. He just wants them studied for side-effects because the vaccines keep changing and children get injured. He also feels that giving them so many all at once especially while they're so young is not good for them. He just wants people education. They don't want Kash because they know he'll dive into the secrets of webs that have kept them in power all these years.
I'm all for Kennedy trying to clean up the food we eat. Europe does a much better job than America when it comes to cleaner food and getting rid of the crap that we Americans put into our food on a regular basis. It would also be great to have some overhaul of our physical education department. Maybe stop teaching DEI in classrooms and get them outside or playing games, running, getting fresh air. And goodness, clean up the school lunch departments so no kid has to eat hard frozen pizzas or lumpy instant potatoes with green gravy and nothing but carbs without any balance. American food in general could use serious overhauls.
