She is a good Child Actress and plays her part well. But as far as being the next coming of God as her fans make her out to be. She is not a GREAT actress. I am betting she and her popularity will fizzle out at puberty. Remember Kirsten Dunst? I see her heading down the same road. She will have average success down the road and I wish her well, but she is NOT the next Audrey Hepburn or even Katherine Hepburn. Just average and pretty mediocre at best. But she is TOTALLY overrated as far as talent goes.

Critically acclaimed performances in
Melancholia
and
Fargo
, plus additional performanceb68s in such films as
Midnight Special
and
Hidden Fogures
. Yeah, her career is really hurting!

Considering she's 12 and from what's been seen of her she's been excellent. You can hardly call a child actress overrated when they haven't had the time to refine their abilities. For her to be as good as she has been is great, good for her at her age. Of course people will get excited about her, she's promising and most people get likened to legendary actors in their youth. People need support in life and I hope she does well for herself. As evidenced by the message boards and their soon closure, it's hard to find compassion even when you've only done your best. I propose you give her a break and accept the reality of most fans of most people.

Whether or not Millie retains her stardom depends on so many things, but mostly it depends on Millie. Personally I don't see talent being an issue, but of course how she uses her talent will be most important in determining her future success.
