Portman has a much sharper and angular face with a pointy chin as opposed to Millie at that age when I go and look back at her photo beside Mille.

That's closer to the facial shape of Millie than a young Portman.
She looks like she could have been Will's little sister.

I immediately thought of Natalie Portman in Leon: The Professional when I saw her in Stranger Things. It's more than just what she looks li5b4ke though, she has similar expressions and movements.
