Does she have braces? Her teeth are crooked and I've noticed she smiles with her mouth closed a lot like she's self conscious about them.

Yeah I think they give her a unique look but I imagine she'll have them fixed, she might already have clear braces

Well, I knew only a few people that had teeth like that and they got them fixed eventually with a lot of surgery.
There is nothing normal about massive snaggle-teeth.
Once she becomes a woman, I'm sure she'll hate that she has teeth like that.
