    Silly farce or camp classic?
Sharknado is a 2013 American made-for-television sci-fi disaster film about a waterspout that lifts sharks out of the ocean and deposits them in Los Angeles. It is the first installment in the Sharknado film series.[3][4] It first aired on the Syfy channel on July 11, 2013, and stars Tara Reid, Ian Ziering, John Heard and Cassie Scerbo.[5] It was also given a one-night-only special midnight theatrical screening via Regal Cinemas and NCM Fathom Events, where it earned less than $200,000 from 200 screenings.[6][7] The over-the-top premise and theatrics of the film quickly earned it a cult following.

The first Sharknado was a silly farce, while the sequel to it was a camp classic.

I had never seen it until last night. I guess there's been 5 or 6 sequels. Lol.

I didn’t think that a movie like that could possibly be real up until I saw it on television, lol.

Usually I'm a snob when it comes to movies like that. I mean I even look down my nose at the original Jaws.
But I watched one of those Sharknados last night and it was so over-the-top it was enjoyable. Great farce. They didn't try to take themselves too seriously either.

All the Sharknado movies are awesome. The last one is a mind trip.

                    I'm going with camp classic.
You've seen Guy Standeven in something because the man was in everything.
