It's an old favorite of mine. I first saw it on VHS video back in the 80s. It's also called City of the Walking Dead. Italian film. I believe it was a "video nasty" in the UK.

My DVD copy doesn't have subtitles either, but it's dubbed in English.
The dialogue isn't all that important in a film like this anyway.
