This is a narrow list with some odd inclusions. For example: I love Scarface, and like The Princes Bride, but never really thought of them as cult films. Sure, they're quirky and unique, but they were predominantly critically well received, and commercially successful. They are pretty mainstream titles. This list seems less likely to be for cult film fans, but rather to let the mainstream joe think he's being "fringe". There is not a cult following for a film if it is liked by the majority of general audiences. . . just saying.

33 out of 66 for me. I suspect there are more than 66 films that could qualify as being a cult film (plenty on my own lists)

every title in the Evil Dead trilogy should be counted. Troll 2 should absolutely make the list. I also The Aqua Teen Hunger Force movie would be a strong contender on the list

I've seen 36 but for some reason, it has me down as having watched 11: not sure how they worked that one out. Withnail and I, Ghosts of the Civil Dead, Hardware, Heathers aren't on there and I can think of quite a few more!

I've seen 49. I've only caught parts of Harold and Maude so that doesn't count. Same with silent running. The ones I've missed are definitely worth checking out. Take care
