She looks young enough to not need it

I'm not saying she hasn't had botox but I'm not sure why she'd need it. Makeup and filters can often achieve the look that you're attributing to botox.

When she wide-smiles here, there is no movement in her eye area. When people smile, their eyes would naturally become smaller and show expression lines on the side where the crow's feet are.
Plus, you can see the injection sites on her forehead in high-res.
This is her smile BEFORE Botox, an older picture: Note the eye size is smaller than the above pic, the crow's feet, and the natural puffiness on the bottom from smiling.

What made you so obsessed with foreheads?

They're the first thing that starts to degrade with age. Assuming no grey hairs, it's how you can tell a 35 year old from a 20 year old apart.
If someone can prevent their forehead from "aging" starting young, and never grow grey or lose their hair, and keep in shape, and keep the rest of the face plump, there's nothing that would convey age and they would look 20 forever.

PE, tell us more. Include a tutorial on how to properly use a dermaroller as well.

She looks better in the before pic.

Because she's younger. But after 30 she'd look better with it; the natural expressions won't look "adorable" anymore.
Mitch Grassi of Pentatonix, freshly Botoxed in the "My Favourite Things" video. I know it's fresh because his eyebrows don't move in this video.
Compare 7 years prior, when PTX was first starting out. No Botox Mitch Grassi, and you can see his expression lines. If he left these unchecked, the 7 years would have not been as kind to him.
                  Never lose your desire.

So you notice the forehead? Weird.
The first thing I notice is the eyebrows, which makes much more sense. Bad eyebrows will ruin any look, great foreheads included.

Straight men are such pathetic creeps. Perverts that would jizz over a girls forehead.
Norman! What did you put in my tea?
