Found out my schedule for the driving.
With how it's looking, I should be testing for my license by the end of November. At least that's when my last session will be. I think it's 4 2 hour sessions. I have it written down and don't feel like checking rn.
Then I can either look into financial aid for schooling and/or get a job. Not sure yet what I'm gonna do. If I do want to do college or some vocational school, I don't want to start working until I know my schedule or if it's a big workload, I don't want to run myself ragged doing both. I still have time to figure that all out.
In therapy, I'm kinda working on my habit of just stressing myself out, beating myself up (or having others do it), from just wanting to do everything at once, and just staying in the same spot (minimal progress with maximum mental energy burned) when I should just take small steps to focus on one thing at a time. It's kinda working. Like I'm doing more than I have in years just by slowing it down, not putting pressure on myself or seeking out things and environments that reinforce that negativity.

For his sake I hope it's true, but he's been saying this exact thing for 10+ years, literally. The freeloader always drops bits about their big plans to pull their life together and how close such an event is. That's how they're able to mooch off other people. Independence is always "right around the corner".
