Not exactly a scrawny person. Tate is a kick boxer they say, so he probably has more fighting experience than T/G because if T/G had gotten into any sort of fight over the last few years it would have been all over the internet due to his fame, plus not many people would actually WANT to start any physical **** with T/G because his intimidating size, so it is safe to assume he does not fight that often.
Tate may be slimmer and quicker but all T/G has to do is land one good punch and I think he wins that fight.
