From Hell is one of my favs actually, but I know there is a lot of slit throats. In fact, you don't see one in a scene but you do hear the woman choking up blood.

I know it's fake and it's just a movie, but still, throat slashes in movies do get me a lil scared, and make me feel like I'm about to die.
