Do you have NETFLIX ?
If so then I think that "
CIRCLE
" is on there.
It is basically about these 50 people who wake up in this place standing on Red Circles (which they cannot step off of) and they are all around in a circle and at the center is this weird looking device and every 2 or 3 minutes, the device zaps and kills 1, 2, or several of them. -

Yes I have Netflix, and now it occurs to me that I actually have heard of that movie. I remember I considered watching it at some point, but never got around to it. If I recall, there was some pretty famous actor or actress in it but I don't remember who.

I see both Flatliners. The older one was much better.
I did a search for Jacob’s Ladder and found the 90s one and a remake from a couple years ago. Based on current trends with remakes, I’ll check out the older one like you suggested earlier.
