my favorite show is orphan black.. I try to keep up with 85 shows right now.. most are cable dramas but the reason I put orphan black on top of the likes of game of thrones.. walking dead.. and others is mostly credited to the main actress who plays a mulitiude of clones of herself each with their own personalities. since you like scifi.. I figure you'll probably enjoy this one as well.. expecially with a female led series like alias.
stranger things is pretty great as well. so is 12 monkeys if you like time travel. -

Orphan Black is one that I've been wanting to see. I think I heard that this is the last season, so I'll be watching the series as soon as the last season is added to Amazon Prime.
I love Stranger Things! Ready for Season 2 now.
I saw the movie 12 Monkeys back in the day. Is the show similar? -

NY-LON
(2004, TV mini-series, 7 episodes, romantic-comedy-drama.
Rather good, but with an incomplete ending as they were not given a second season.)

I'm trying to find some shows to binge watch that are already finished,
aren't 10 seasons long
, and have an actual ending.
You might enjoy watching some of these Mini-series:
I, Claudius (1976)- like a soap set in ancient Rome, superb acting (Derek Jacobi, Siân Phillips, Brian Blessed, John Hurt)
Peter the Great (1986) - beautifully made, with an exciting all star cast: Maximilian Schell, Omar Sharif, Vanessa Redgrave, Laurence Olivier, Trevor Howard, Ursula Andress
Strumpet City (1980)
Lost Empires (1986)
The Barchester Chronicles (1982)
Cambridge Spies (2003)
Framed (1992)
- like a soap set in ancient Rome, superb acting (Derek Jacobi, Siân Phillips, Brian Blessed, John Hurt)

Here are a couple shows that I enjoyed that follow all 3 of your criteria (I think.)
6 Feet Under (Drama)
30 Rock (Comedy)
Anything by Joss Whedon (Buffy, Angel, Firefly, Dollhouse: all have an element of fantasy or sci-fi)
Hopefully I'll think of a couple more.
Hate leads to anger.
Anger leads to the Dark Side.
This is a Haiku.
