How was that Aurora's fault? Cami was upset with Klaus and she took the horse. When she was talking to Vincent about her stealing the horse, she knew why she did that. Everything was in her control. My point is Klaus wouldnt have forgiven anyone else if they had done what Cami did. He probably would ahve killed them for causing that kind of betrayal and damage to the family but since he liked/ loved Cami, he forgave her.
Cami looked like she was in control, but she really wasn't. She was completely blinded by anger and need for revenge against the woman who forced her to slit her own throat and she was upset with Klaus for withholding the things she needed to do that. Her behavior wasn't right, but understandable
As Klaus forgiving her, I wasn't nearly as bothered by that than I was about him continually allowing Aurora, Lucian and Tristan to continue breathing despite the threats all three of them posed. -

Many people who supported Klamille or liked Cami were not bothered by why klaus forgave Cami.
Cami was totally in control and she looked in control too.
Klaus was angry with Cami but Hayley placated him by giving the same logic that you are giving but we as audience saw different side of Cami and her actions when we saw her convo with Vincent and then with Klaus. She was def in Control of what she did. You just need to watch her actions/ facial expressions (e.g when she was conveying condolence to Hayley about Jackson. She was basically manipulating her) to see how much control she was in. Klaus took her dark object coz he was afraid of HOW SHE WOULD USE Them now that she was a vampire (lost her humanity and all). I think he might have been scared of the possibility that she might use them on Mikaelsons now. She stole in retaliation but an object that could
kill
them and she did it knowingly. Because of her mistake Aurora got to make those bullets and could have killed Elijah if Klaus had not saved him.
Of course the people who liked Cam including Cami herself were bothered by why he let AUrora live but Klaus had feelings for Aurora still (cannon) so it is understandable that he let her live. But yes they all could have been killed very easily. Letting them live till the end of the season was just a stupid plot.
I think Klaus forgave her too easily for a crime which was if not bigger than not smaller either than what Hayley did to him by trying to steal Hope from him (also a crime for which she got punished really bad) just because of Klamille. But at least Hope was going to live. What Cami did ended up almost killing Elijah, and put others including himself in danger.
We are getting off topic. I was just showing that when in couple one tends to support the other despite their feelings towards that particular action.

If she were truly in control of her emotions and how she handled them, she wouldn't have been behaving the way that she was. It's not like emotionally stable, human Cami went around acting like that, so it's safe to say that her anger and desire for vengeance were in the driver's seat for Cami. In the same way that Haley was consumed by pain and anger after she was turned.

I'm more bothered by it because keeping her alive meant him and his family were still in danger. It was definitely a dumb plot. And I don't fully understand how Klaus' feelings for Aurora justified him not eliminating a very dangerous threat to his family, but him forgiving Cami for a reckless mistake is unbelievable so I'll agree to disagree.

KLaus let aurora live for the same reason he forgave Cami. He has/Had feelings for both of them and that is what I was trying to say. Relationship complicate actions.

It wasn't really Camis place though, even as his therapist. To anyone but Elijah I believe it was almost a non-issue.
Every action has a reaction, Hayley didn't trust Klaus, but trusted Jackson, she fled the safe house that they built specifically for Hope and did exactly what Dahlia wanted. It was a mind game and Klaus knew that. When Hayley's action was to take Hope away, Klaus reacted in anger. I don't agree with the lengthy she pushed but I also can't act like Hayley didn't cause said problem. Dahlia wasn't after Hope because of Klaus she was after her because she was a Mikaleson by blood, and Hayley couldn't change that.
Cami was blinded by her rage, which was heightened x10 because Aurora killed her, and Klaus wouldn't kill Aurora. Tbh I don't even know why we're talking about Cami lol my point was that Klaus is done justice in most of his actions, which isn't the same for this show. -

I Loved that scene between the brothers and I loved how Damon delivered that line. Damon dismissed Stefans fake apologies and attempts at manipulation with the contempt it deserved.

At this point it wouldn't make sense, unless the pull a True Blood and have them fall in love again in 24 hrs like Jason and that chick he wound up marrying.

It would be crazy but not in a good way. Elena's love does not depend on species and this proven with how she loves Damon and he loves her.
