Stefan to stay human or turn again?

No the cure causes them to reject vamp blood, this was the hwole point of people questioning Damon wanting to be human to be with Elena, there are no take backs with the cure, so Stefan's human till he dies, unless they decide to reqrite the canon which for these writers I don't thinks too far a stretch.

The cure has no take backs and cures immortality, Silas wasn't a vampire and got cured.
So is the cure a supernatural cure for anything or just immortality. So if Tyler took it, would he revert back into a human for good. -

No i think the cure only revert the person back to previous pre-non-imortal/vampire state .
If Tyler took it , he will revert back to an ordinary Werewolf . -

Tyler is already a regular werewolf. He lost his vampiric status when the travelers pushed him into the barrier - then he killed Liv to turn into a werewolf.
Klaus would probably be a better example.
