Does anyone else watch NCIS?

Over the past several weeks, I've been binge watching NCIS, starting with episode 1, season 1.
I'm on season 10, and it feels like it's being written by totally different people. Everything has changed. The acting is different, the chemistry is different, the alliances are different, it's as if I'm watching something completely new.
Has anyone else noticed that there's a massive change in this series? I know it makes it through to 15 seasons, so there's still a ways to go, but this feels like something completely different compared to all the seasons prior to this where everything felt cohesive and congruent.

I've caught it quite a bit over the years. It's hard to see trends in the show as I've never watched it in sequence. Wasn't Adam Rodriguez on it? Goodlooking guy. Cote de Pablo is another interesting figure, what with the Israeli Mossad connection. That's rather fascistic. But her name, Cote de Pablo, is that real? Oh and the annoying pretty boy Anthony DiNozzo. Yeah, I guess I've seen it more than most tv shows.

I remember Adam on CSI Miami and he's now on Criminal Minds
I don't like this well enough to watch it even though I love Michael Weatherly

"Cote de Pablo": It sounds so much like a stage name. I wonder if people pronounce it like "Cody"?
I do object to glorification of the Mossad though.
