Pretty good series. I just finished it a few days ago, and there's a nice double plot twist in the last episode.

Old Soapbox habits die hard.
Our board was IMDB's drama llama central, and some of us carried our old grievances with other members over to this forum. Film|boards is actually pretty tame compared to that place.
You come across as a good natured, mild-mannered sort who generally gets along with almost everyone around here, so if someone doesn't like you it's their loss.

I never even read Soapbox. Or any of the IMDB general boards. Literally all these people who think they're legends? Never heard of them. And I was a user of IMDB for 11 years. I never even THOUGHT to look at the general boards. I only ever looked at the boards of movies I was about to watch or had just watched.

I agree! Some people have been having the same argument for well over a decade and they don't show any signs of reconciling soon.
Literally all these people who think they're legends? Never heard of them.
Most of them weren't known outside of the Soapbox.
And I was a user of IMDB for 11 years. I never even THOUGHT to look at the general boards. I only ever looked at the boards of movies I was about to watch or had just watched.
I was a long time member of the James Bond board before ever stepping foot onto the Soapbox. For whatever reason, they used to come over and troll our board, so some of us went over and trolled theirs back. It was all silly drama, but kept them clear of our board for a while. Well that, and reporting them.
With this forum being so small, it doesn't really give anyone room enough to spread out and disperse the drama a bit. Everything gets concentrated within this limited space.
