For hating caroline. She's a terribly written character. She was fabulous in the earlier seasons but then she was ruined. She didn't even care that Tyler was killed. He was supposed to be her first love yet she wasn't heartbroken and grieving at all. Ridiculous she should have been wrecked! Tyler deserved better than this. They should've killed useless boring Matt instead.

I agree. I was about to make a thread about her being in the same room with two former lovers and Steffan lol. Tyler is partly the reason so many people liked her. The writers didn't knlw what to do with Tyler that in culminated in a lackluster funeral scene. No one gives a beep about Tyler lol. They screwed over his character.

Yeah, I see no lies here. It's funny because I first started liking her because of how warm and compassionate she was with Tyler in season 2 but this was just cold. Even Stefan had more of a reaction to Tyler's death and that is messed up. What I found dumb was when she did say she loved Tyler but then added that they all did. Really, are you so chained to Stefan now that you can't even admit that you loved someone else in a romantic way before him, especially when that person is dead? The relationship is that fragile huh?

I loved her progression from seasons 1 to 2, I liked her in 3 and 4. 5, she started to sour on me especially when she was somehow justified in her Klaus hookup. Her saltiness in S6 about being friendzoned was terrible, and her and Rics demonizing of Stefan's flee move in S7 was also ridiculous. Her character has been alright this season until this recent episode.
