Thank you, Jeice! My schedule is a little busy, right now. However, I'm anxious to be able to settle in to watch some old "faves," as well as some that I don't recall.

A very rare broadcast from 26 February 1948:
          http://archive.org/details/EyeWitnessStoryOfTelevision02261948
The sets are laughable, but there are priceless moments throughout the broadcast, such as the weather forecast at the end, the interview with the inventor, and the closing featuring the clouds.
I am amazed that the uploader managed to get a copy to upload.

"Your Show Time", anthology series, this episode is a rarely seen adaptation of Sherlock Holmes:
            https://archive.org/details/TheAdventuresOfTheSpeckledBand
            It is likely the earliest
            extant
TELEVISION adaptation of a Sherlock Holmes story.
George? Oh, for a man his age who's been through as much as he has, he looks terrible

I don't know if it plays back OK, but here's a 1949 episode of "The Ed Wynn Show" with Victor Moore:

I want a signature involving brave swordsmen, kinescopes, and soft drinks

Yay! Another 1949 episode, and it is fun!:
                  https://archive.org/details/MakeMineMusic
It is a music program aired in a 15-minute time-slot.
The Johnny O'Keefe dollwind it up and it makes a comeback
