Yes, I used to watch that show whenever it was on. I remember one story where a kid had a fire cracker and it exploded in his hand. That was an unsettling one. At the time I was The only other story that I remember was about some kid that was on a tall wooden barstool and he tilted back too far and, I think, got impaled by a piece of the stool? Or maybe it just fell and he hurt his head or something? I don't really remember. I just remember it was a barstool and he fell.

I remember one where the lady was moving a mattress and got stuck behind it yelling for help. The re-enactments were the best part of the show.

I remember that one when I first saw that one as a kid it sent a chill up my spine for some reason that is one part of Rescue 911 I would never forget. I think it was last year sometime I watched the whole thing on youtube and I laughed.

Yeah I can't believe I used to be transfixed by that show as a kid, I remember the episode about the kid with the firecracker.

I remember watching it on The Family Channel.
Nice 2 laugh, but don't be the joke.

I only remember a couple segments. One with a kid accidentally stabbing himself with scissors and another one about a kid getting stuck in a tree. I think the show originally aired back to back with Unsolved Mysteries. I remember repeats on some cable station in the late 90's. Can't remember which one.

I used to watch this and Unsolved Mysteries with my grandmother when she visited. Rescue 911 was generally a feel-good show, as it always had a happy ending (and as mentioned, some of them were pretty funny), but Unsolved Mysteries had some cases that were really disturbing, particularly to a seven year old. I remember one that involved a girl being home alone when her house was broken into by robbers. They tied her up and hit her over the head. She survived, but obviously had some pretty serious PTSD and started having seizures.

Yup. Hosted by the great William Shatner.

I believe that, when shown in Australia, they had to remind everyone to call 000 and not 911.

I remember there was one episode where somebody found a bobcat (or some wild big cat) in their house. Never forgotten that one for some reason.
