ever hear of this? In Victorian times, well dressed children were lured away and had their clothes removed by female criminals. I'm sure it was shown in some period dramas

In one of the 1991 issues of our local newspaper, it was mentioned as an old news article in section that mentioned news from times past. This particular story mentioned two children who fell victim to the crime. A little girl and a three-year-old boy. The boy was beaten by the woman as she stripped him.
